Terms of Service
Rules for creating, collaborating, generating, and publishing with Bereel. These terms form part of the Terms of Agreement.
Version 2026-10-08 · Review draft · Not yet effective
Draft for review. Operator details and operational disclosures are awaiting confirmation. These documents are not yet published as binding terms. Cookie choices below are functional regardless of this draft status.
1. Authorized use
Use Bereel only for lawful work and within the plan, project permissions, and technical limits assigned to you. You may create marketing and social content for your own business or authorized clients. Do not share personal credentials, sell unauthorized access, or use another organization’s project without permission.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use Bereel to create, upload, store, request, or distribute content or activity that:
- Exploits or sexually abuses children, facilitates trafficking, or includes non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual exploitation.
- Makes credible violent threats, facilitates terrorism or serious wrongdoing, or targets people with unlawful hate, harassment, or abuse.
- Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights; discloses private information without authorization; or evades applicable legal restrictions.
- Impersonates someone deceptively, fabricates endorsements or testimonials, creates fraudulent advertising, spreads harmful deception, or uses another person’s voice or likeness without required permission.
- Distributes malware, phishing, spam, manipulated engagement, credential theft, or unlawful mass messaging.
- Bypasses safety filters, access controls, metering, rate limits, payment obligations, or plan restrictions; interferes with other users; probes systems without authorization; or extracts source code or models except where mandatory law permits it.
- Uses multiple accounts, stolen payment methods, automated signups, or collusion to abuse trials, credits, referrals, or promotions.
3. Uploads, websites, and source material
Upload only materials you own or are authorized to process. This includes images, videos, logos, product catalogues, music, recordings, text, and instructions. Obtain required releases and permissions for recognizable people, voices, locations, and third-party intellectual property.
Website and video-source tools may retrieve information from a URL you provide. Do not use them to bypass paywalls, authentication, platform restrictions, or a rights holder’s restrictions. YouTube-related import or transformation is distinct from a YouTube publishing integration and does not establish permission to download or republish a video.
4. AI generation and human review
Review generated imagery, scripts, audio, captions, translations, and assembled video before use. Check facts, spelling, product attributes, prices, offers, claims, accessibility, and required advertising or AI disclosures. Generated text is not professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.
Models and generation providers may reject a request or produce variable results. Do not use outputs to make consequential decisions about people without appropriate human oversight and any safeguards required by law. Do not represent synthetic content as authentic evidence of a real event or a person’s statement when that would mislead.
5. Voice, dubbing, captions, and identity
Only process a person’s voice or likeness with appropriate authorization. Do not use voice tools to impersonate people, bypass voice authentication, misrepresent consent, or create deceptive endorsements. You are responsible for any disclosures required for synthetic or materially manipulated media.
Transcription, translation, and dubbing can change meaning or timing. Check names, numbers, language, attribution, and synchronization. Review captions on the final exported file, because the editor preview and composed output can differ.
6. Brand DNA, memory, and collaboration
Brand DNA, audience information, product details, style choices, and saved creative notes help tailor future results. Keep these materials accurate and appropriate for everyone with access to the project. Do not add secrets or personal information that teammates should not see.
Use the brand-memory control in Settings and the project tools to manage available memory features. Disabling future memory prompts is not a request to erase all existing content or all provider records. For personal-data requests, use the privacy contact and describe the records involved.
7. Social connections and publishing authority
Connect only accounts you are authorized to manage. Approving a social-platform connection permits the actions described in the authorization screen and the features you enable, such as retrieving account information, publishing selected material, and collecting performance metrics. Use the minimum permissions needed and revoke access when no longer required.
Before scheduling or posting, check the destination account, caption, media, aspect ratio, time zone, visibility, and platform-specific settings. Scheduling authorizes the service to attempt the selected action at the chosen time. Availability, token expiry, quotas, moderation, and network failures may delay or prevent publication. Confirm the actual published result before retrying to avoid duplicates.
Disconnecting an account stops future authorized use to the extent supported by the integration; review and cancel pending jobs separately. Removing a connection or deleting material in Bereel does not necessarily delete posts already published on a social network. Manage those through the platform where needed.
8. Scheduled generation and automations
A saved or recurring generation schedule can consume plan allowances and credits when it runs. You authorize the configured runs until paused, deleted, or otherwise ended. Check recurrence, next-run time, available balance, and the run history. Scheduled generation and scheduled social publication are separate actions.
Automations may fail or be delayed. Monitor errors and review generated content before distribution. The existence of a route or catalogue entry does not mean every automation or channel is available on every deployment or plan.
9. Analytics and estimates
Social analytics are based on connected-platform data and may be delayed, incomplete, revised, or unavailable. Recommendations and best-time suggestions are estimates, not guaranteed performance. Bereel’s optional activity measurement is a separate purpose controlled in Cookie settings; declining it does not disable the analytics feature for your social content.
10. Reporting problems and content complaints
Use the support contact on this page to report misuse, infringement, billing errors, or a service problem. For a content complaint, identify the material and its location or job ID, explain the issue and your authority to report it, and provide a reply address. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. We may request clarification or supporting evidence.
We may remove or restrict content when reasonably required by these terms or applicable law. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the action and provide a way to challenge an error. We do not promise continuous advance review of every input or output. These terms do not prevent lawful reports to authorities or limit mandatory appeal rights.
11. Exports, support, and ending use
Download important work and check the exported media before deleting source files or a project. Export formats and resolution depend on the feature and plan. Maintain independent copies of essential assets. Do not assume an expired session, closed browser, or interrupted preview has stopped a server-side job.
Support availability and any response commitment are those stated in your plan or separate agreement. Provide job identifiers, timestamps, and concise reproduction steps when reporting a problem, and never send passwords, full payment-card details, or raw access tokens. The account, payment, termination, liability, and dispute provisions of the Terms of Agreement apply to these Terms of Service.
