Terms of Agreement
The account, subscription, and content agreement between you and the operator of Bereel.
Version 2026-10-08 · Review draft · Not yet effective
Draft for review. Operator details and operational disclosures are awaiting confirmation. These documents are not yet published as binding terms. Cookie choices below are functional regardless of this draft status.
1. Parties, scope, and acceptance
These Terms of Agreement apply to Bereel (also branded beREEL and beREEL.pro), its application, projects, media-generation tools, and related services. ‘Bereel’, ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ mean the legal operator identified on this page. ‘You’ means the account holder or the organization on whose behalf an authorized representative accepts this agreement. A project is a shared area for a brand within an organization.
You accept this agreement through an affirmative acceptance step presented during registration or through a separately signed order. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. Do not accept for another person or organization without authority. A review draft is not an operative agreement.
The Terms of Service are incorporated into this agreement and govern acceptable use and feature operation. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain data handling and choices; acknowledging them is not blanket consent to optional tracking or marketing. A separately signed agreement prevails for its specific subject matter; otherwise this agreement governs commercial terms and the Terms of Service govern use. Mandatory law always prevails.
2. Eligibility and account security
Bereel is intended for adults aged 18 or older who can enter a binding contract. Provide accurate registration, billing, and contact information and keep it current. Registration may require verification of a mobile phone number. Verification messages are for account operation and are not marketing consent.
Keep credentials secure, use individual accounts for team members, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for reasonable protection of your account. You are not automatically liable for activity caused by our failure to meet our legal or security obligations.
3. Organizations, members, and projects
Organization owners and administrators can manage membership, project access, and billing within the permissions offered by Bereel. Members may see shared brand information, assets, jobs, and publishing activity in projects they can access. The organization is responsible for inviting authorized users, obtaining permission to use client assets, and removing access when it is no longer needed.
An invitation to join a team is different from a referral link. Project deletion and removal from an organization may remove access to shared material. Resolve ownership and export requirements before deleting a project or account. Your organization’s administrator may control your project access, but cannot remove your statutory privacy rights.
4. What the service provides
Depending on your plan and available features, Bereel helps you collect brand context, manage a media and product library, generate and edit AI-assisted images and videos, create captions and voiceovers, dub content, organize scheduled jobs, connect supported social accounts, schedule publishing, and review social performance. Features marked coming soon, preview, or waitlist are not a promise of immediate access.
AI generation is probabilistic. Outputs may contain errors, unintended similarities, distorted images, incorrect captions, or unsuitable statements. Generation times and social-platform delivery can vary. You must review the final export and publishing settings before distributing content. We do not guarantee audience growth, engagement, revenue, legal clearance, or exclusive outputs.
5. Plans, subscriptions, taxes, and payment
The pricing page, order summary, and checkout describe the selected plan, billing interval, currency, price, taxes, included usage, and any promotional conditions. Free, Pro, and Max are current plan labels; entitlements and availability are supplied by the service. Review the actual checkout total before authorizing payment. A display error does not authorize an undisclosed charge.
Paid subscriptions renew at the disclosed interval unless cancelled before renewal. You authorize the payment processor to collect the recurring amount agreed at checkout and any separately authorized credit purchase. We will provide advance notice of material price changes as required by law, with an opportunity to cancel before a changed renewal price applies. No fixed plan price or unlimited entitlement is promised by this document.
Owners and administrators with billing permission can manage the subscription through Settings → Plan and the billing portal. Review the effective date shown for cancellation, restoration, upgrade, or downgrade. Some changes take effect at the end of the current billing period. Failed payment may restrict paid features after any required notice or opportunity to resolve the issue.
6. Credits, limits, trials, and referrals
Credits measure eligible usage within Bereel. Included allowances, purchased credits, promotional grants, and referral rewards may have different conditions, which must be disclosed when offered. Credits are not a bank balance or a financial investment. They cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred except where we expressly offer that option or the law requires otherwise.
Generation costs can depend on model, duration, resolution, operation, and other selections. Check the estimate and available balance before submitting. Feature quotas and credit balances are separate limits: having credits does not necessarily unlock a feature or bypass a plan cap. Review the credit history for charges and report suspected billing errors with the relevant job or transaction identifier. A credit correction is assessed against the actual job and ledger records; not every unsuccessful attempt necessarily has the same billing outcome.
Trial duration, paid conversion, credit validity, and promotion restrictions are those expressly disclosed in the offer. We do not impose an undisclosed expiry through these terms. Referral rewards depend on an eligible paid invoice and the current program rules; merely signing up for Free does not earn a reward. Self-referrals, fabricated accounts, overlapping billing identities, and other abuse may be rejected. Declining referral storage may prevent attribution but does not prevent ordinary account creation.
7. Cancellation, withdrawal, and remedies
Subscription cancellation stops future renewal according to the confirmation shown. Cancelling a subscription is separate from deleting an account or withdrawing from a recent purchase. Do not rely on account deletion alone to cancel outstanding billing. Contact the support address on this page if billing controls are unavailable or a charge is incorrect.
If you are a consumer, mandatory rights concerning cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, refunds, and unfair contract terms remain in full. Where a statutory cooling-off period applies, you may exercise it by an unequivocal statement identifying your account, purchase, and wish to withdraw, or through a withdrawal function where offered or legally required. You do not need to give a reason where the law grants an unconditional withdrawal right.
Starting access does not by itself waive a statutory withdrawal right. Any request for immediate performance and any legally permitted acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal rights must be obtained separately where required. If the law permits a proportionate charge for service supplied at your express request before withdrawal, only the lawful amount may be charged. Mandatory remedies for a defective or misdescribed service are not excluded by a general non-refundable label.
Outside mandatory remedies and an expressly disclosed refund offer, requests for refunds or billing adjustments are assessed using the purchase terms and the circumstances. These terms do not invent a fixed refund window or promise an automatic refund for every generated output.
8. Your content and AI outputs
You retain rights you hold in uploaded images, videos, recordings, logos, product data, prompts, and other materials (‘Your Content’). You grant us a non-exclusive license, limited to providing the service, to host, copy, process, adapt, transmit, and display Your Content, including through service providers and social platforms you authorize. This allows requested generation, editing, storage, sharing within your project, and publishing. It does not give us ownership of your brand or a general right to use your content in public advertising.
As between you and Bereel, you may use generated outputs to the extent of rights we can lawfully provide, subject to payment obligations, these terms, and applicable third-party restrictions. We assign to you any transferable rights we hold in outputs generated for you, excluding our underlying software, templates, and third-party material. AI output may not qualify for copyright protection, may resemble another person’s output, and may contain material subject to separate rights.
You must have the permissions needed for uploads, music, footage, trademarks, personal likenesses, voices, and data. A URL being publicly accessible does not establish permission to copy or republish it. Catalogue assets, stock material, fonts, music, and platform libraries may have separate license restrictions, including advertising or cross-platform use. Do not assume a preview or download grants unrestricted use.
9. Bereel technology and feedback
We and our licensors retain rights in Bereel’s software, interface, documentation, service marks, models or model integrations, and underlying systems. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to access the service for its intended purposes during your authorized use. You may not resell access, remove proprietary notices, or copy the service except as permitted by agreement or mandatory law.
If you voluntarily submit product feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without payment, provided we do not thereby acquire your confidential materials or personal data for unrelated purposes.
10. Data protection and confidentiality
The Privacy Policy describes account data, project content, service providers, and privacy choices. Organizations must identify the lawful basis for personal data they upload and provide required notices to affected individuals. Do not submit sensitive personal data or regulated information unless we have expressly agreed that the service and contractual safeguards support that use.
If Bereel processes personal data solely on a customer organization’s instructions, a suitable data processing agreement must govern that processing where required. These general terms are not a substitute for that agreement. Project brand memory is a product feature that uses saved context for future work; it should not be confused with consent to train a provider’s general-purpose model.
Each party will use the other’s non-public information only for the relationship and disclose it only to authorized people or providers who need it, or as law requires. This obligation does not cover information already public without breach, independently developed, or lawfully received without restriction.
11. Availability and third-party services
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Maintenance, outages, third-party API restrictions, revoked tokens, moderation decisions, or provider changes can affect features and processing. Unless a separate service-level agreement says otherwise, there is no guaranteed uptime or delivery deadline. Material paid-service changes remain subject to notice and remedies required by law.
Social networks, payment processors, and model providers may apply their own terms. We are responsible for our obligations to you; third-party involvement does not remove mandatory responsibilities. We cannot control a social platform’s ranking, enforcement, account suspension, or availability.
12. Suspension and termination
We may restrict particular activity or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful content, material breaches, payment problems, or binding legal requests. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to remedy a breach or challenge an error through support. Urgent protective action may precede notice.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion through Settings → Preferences, subject to verification and resolution of organization ownership requirements. Export needed assets first and separately review active subscriptions, scheduled jobs, and connected social accounts. Deletion does not recall content already published elsewhere. Retention, legal holds, and backup handling are governed by applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
After termination, access licenses end. Accrued lawful payment obligations and provisions intended to survive, including ownership, confidentiality, dispute resolution, and liability, continue. Statutory rights to a refund or retrieval of content remain unaffected.
13. Responsibility and liability
Neither party excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing restricts mandatory consumer or data-protection remedies.
For business customers only, and to the extent lawful, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business opportunities arising from this agreement. Each party’s aggregate liability for ordinary contractual claims is limited to the fees paid or payable for the affected service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to the non-excludable liabilities above or to fees properly due for service supplied.
Consumers retain remedies provided by applicable law, including compensation where required. You are responsible for your own unlawful acts and unauthorized use of another person’s content. This agreement does not impose a blanket consumer indemnity or require you to cover losses caused by our own breach.
14. Complaints, applicable law, and disputes
Raise a complaint using the support contact on this page and include enough information to identify the issue. We will seek to resolve it in good faith. This does not stop you from contacting a regulator or exercising a time-sensitive legal remedy.
For business contracts, the law of the operator’s country of establishment applies, subject to mandatory rules, and disputes may be brought before courts with jurisdiction there. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory law and court access available in their country of residence where applicable. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class or collective remedies provided by law.
15. Changes, notices, and general provisions
We will identify revised terms by version and effective date and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Where required, we will ask for renewed acceptance before the changes apply. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the affected service and cancel renewal, with any additional rights required by law.
Notices may be provided through the application or your account contact details, with durable confirmation where required. If a term is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce a term is not a permanent waiver. Neither party may transfer this agreement in a way that removes the other party’s mandatory rights. Any permitted successor must assume the relevant obligations.
